Chapitre 65: FOUND YOU

School had been smooth. Ethan had hung out with his friends at lunch. They had joked around and talked till lunch period had ended. He had grown pretty tight with them over the weeks, especially Jake, whom he had found was a martial artist as well. The two of them had found something they were both good at and had grown even closer than before.

After school, Ethan had gone to the hospital with Hermes to visit his mother whose condition hadn't changed much. She had a peaceful look on her face as she slept and Ethan had left her with a gentle peck to keep her company.

When he and Hermes got home, they had changed into their uniforms and gone back to training. Ethan had once again done very well with all that the Protector taught him that afternoon and the Protector had declared with Joy that the boy would be ready to take his assessment soon if he kept up the impressive performance.
