Chapitre 143: Engagement 8

Lily followed Matthew's wish after he complied with her request to take Ryan with him. Lily wanted to go with Matthew, but when she rethought, she might make it difficult for Matthew and the others to move if she went with them. Lily tried to accept Matthew's decision.

After all, there was Alo, Sigmund, and Jackson. Those three vampires are also elders in the vampire community. Lily can't deny the strength of the three of them could save Collin and Ryan. 

Lily looked at Matthew, who was packing his things. Matthew only carried a small black backpack filled with a portable cooler. And he put several bags of blood into the portable cooler.

"You carry a lot of blood. All that for you?" Lily asked, watching Matthew from their bed.

Matthew shook his head. "I specially brought this for Collin. Freddie said that the wounds on Collin's body weren't healing. That's why I brought human blood for Collin."
