Chapitre 308: Garbage Truck Theory

Zeph could hardly contain himself during what was in itself a perfect example of the theory of the lesson that was being taught that day as Captain Nora Halt joined him in a slightly different slightly out of place lecture and practical training exercise during the day's afternoon training.

It was on what was called the garbage truck theory which was a method employed when conducting undercover surveillance or operations that was about hiding in plain sight.

This was because they were hiding their physical relationship and the one that she had with Commissioner Justin Vaughn by not really hiding it.

Just like if somewhere in the back of your mind you knew that it wasn't necessarily trash day you wouldn't find it all that strange to see a garbage truck driving around part of the city or stopped in an alleyway that contained a garbage bin, no one paid much attention to other stuff that were only slightly off.

But that was only half the theory.
