Chapitre 168: Possibilities

"Do you really have to scare the poor girl?"

Calixto glared at Mariano who was closely following him behind as he carried Iris in his arms. She fainted when she met him as she turned around a corner.

It was a good thing that he had a quick reflex and was able to catch her before she hit the ground as she stumbled backwards.

"Don't be stupid!" He hissed at Mariano angrily. He tried to lower his voice so as not to wake up Iris.

Iris looked so tired and he didn't really think she would wake up but just in case. He did not want to disturb her rest.

With the ordeal that she went through, she needed all the rest she could get.

He had no idea who Iris ended up at the underground waterway of the mansion. He knew for a fact that she did not know this part of the mansion. He had already forgotten this part of the mansion if he did not see the blueprint again.
