Chapitre 85: New Place

"Iris, wake up, we are here." 

He shook Iris' shoulder who was leaning against the passenger door window of the Hyundai car that he had stolen after they abandoned the Cadillac after they had crossed two interstates. 

He had driven non-stop other than changing cars but they still arrived quite late Iris had fallen asleep in the passenger seat. 

He heaved a relieved breath that they had arrived safely at their destination. Now he just has to worry about what to feed Iris since it was late and he was not sure if Granny was back to prepare Iris's food. 

"Hmmm," she moaned, lifting her head and rubbing her sleepy eyes with her knuckles. 

"Here? It's a park!" 

She looked at Mariano in confusion. 

"The house is near here. We should take different transportation because we don't want this car to be near our new place."
