Chapitre 114: Waking Up (2/2)

Rowan shooed the adherents toward his patio as he turned to retrieve his usual clothes from his closet. He wasn't ready to admit that he liked the way the nightshirt Wren made for him felt against his skin, and he definitely wasn't ready to traipse about in it while they watched.

Before he'd taken more than a single step, the nightshirt changed to a pair of slim-fitting navy trousers that were tighter than he would have liked across his thighs and rear, a gauzy shirt in that same jewel-toned blue as the nightshirt, and a pair of knee-high boots in a caramel leather so luxurious, it seemed to glow.

"Seriously?" Rowan said.

Willow gasped and clapped her hands as if Wren had just performed a magic trick, which Rowan supposed was accurate. Nicasi nudged her to keep moving while shooting a sympathetic look in Rowan's direction.

Following behind them both, Lysander nodded at Wren then slid the door shut. Wren pretended not to see it.
