I wrestled with my growing attraction for my warrior mate but my eyes narrowed to slits on their own accord when I saw Dominic signal for a bow and a quiver of poison darted arrows.

He was going to shoot at her too ?

That was not announced and included in the challenge beforehand !!

This was cheating !

Without looking at me and sensing my rising rage and confusion, Dominic without turning back, addressed my standing figure behind him, "As much as I hate her, I have to admit that Zeke was right.
