Chapitre 77: The truth wasn't far

"Are you worried about something?" Kaito asked as he made a cup of coffee for Akira, "I heard you talked to your secretary today. How was it?" 

"Surprisingly, it felt great," Akira suddenly snapped out of his daze as he responded, "I didn't have to pretend to be Yuzu. It made me feel as if I was back in my body. It was somehow refreshing." 

"Then why do you look like that?" Kaito asked, raising an eyebrow, "You seem super worried about something." 

"I was just thinking about something. Nothing much." 

Kaito opened his mouth to say something in response but before any words could leave his mouth, Zaelek walked in and asked, "No coffee for me? How rude." 

"..." 

Kaito immediately pursed his lips together and made another cup. 

"It's okay, I don't like coffee," Zaelek added, almost mocking the man. 

Kaito looked at the man, feeling a little offended. They weren't even close enough for him to joke around like this...!
