"What did Miss Johnston say?" Charlotte Cooper asked with a puzzled expression, a smirk curling at the corners of her mouth.
"It must have been you that day. Why else would I have been hit right after I parted ways with you!"
She didn't know how many people were involved in the attack that day, but her intuition told her that Charlotte Cooper had something to do with it.
"Well, you never know. Maybe you just have the type of face that invites a punching. Those people might have just wanted to hit you. Can you prove that I was the one who hit you?" Charlotte Cooper asked, laughing coldly.
They loved dishonor without proof, didn't they? Anyhow, she had hit her and without proof, they couldn't do anything to her.
"You!" Olga Johnston glared at her, without uttering a single word.
She had no evidence indeed. She checked the surveillance afterward, but it had been tampered with. However, Charlotte was absent from the private room right at the time of the incident.
