Chapitre 32: Sky DropPavilion
Chiro Dhamini learned that medium-size families were taking advantage of their families. She was on the verge to cry because if only the financial status of her family is good then her mother wouldn't have died. The fact is well known to her husband who is quiet and just listening. They respect each other so he let her speak her words. But once she is out of words he decided to step in
"Is there something I can do to help the Dhamini family? After all, you should have found how to handle the situation."
Before Chiro Dhamini could stop her husband's action Lin Cian said two words "you can". Once she heard this her glare at Lin Cian spit flames because she knew that she could not persuade her husband not to help her because he seems to be calm but he would seize every opportunity if it is for her because she is the one responsible for the growth of the shop thanks to her business skills.
"Just buy her iron at a fair price," said Lin Cian in a mocking tone.
"What?" both of them exclaimed and Chiro Dhamini started to shout "Do you want them to get into our debt? Even if he is my husband I won't exploit his resources." She yelled at Lin Cian.
Lin Cian smirked "Women are always the ones to act first" and said as he was nodding his head sideways.
"Can't you listen to me fully?" Lin Cian added.
She forced herself down to listened to him as she hung her head down of embarrassment because she had unknowingly offended him twice. Her husband saw this and laughed quietly at her.
"What about exporting 10 percent of steel to the shop and the rest to the Saarbe family?"
Now both of them were confused but Chiro Dhamini didn't speak out because she doesn't want to offend him again so her husband step in.
"How much will it be helpful?"
"Not much but it will be enough for now"
"Now?"
Upon smiling "Let's increase the phase according to the sales"
Only by then did Carbiel remember that the shop is already consuming a little amount of jewel steel for the research of his father. Chiro introduced the metal to her father-in-law and he was surprised by the quality of the metal hence he mostly used this metal for his research and projects for nearly a year. The shop used both normal steel and jewel steel according to the favor of various blacksmiths. Importing 10 percent of steel won't be a problem.
"Ok, I believe we could handle it," said Carbiel with confidence. "How many kilos of steel will be ten percent of your import?"
"At least 200 kilos"
Carbiel muted himself and sank in his thoughts but came to reality once Lin Cian spoke.
"Just give a gold coin for a kilo which is already higher than the one they receive. The steel will not only be used to make weapons in the shop it can also be sold as a raw material at half-price which will be 25 gold coins per kilo. When demand for the new delivery the profit of the previous delivery will be divided as sixty forty. The price of the iron will be raised according to the demand of the market"
Both of them are surprised at his answer because if what he proposed ended up well then it will be a huge success for both the shop and the Dhamini family.
After some time, Lin Cian found that Chiro Dhamini is not raised as a noble and had many struggles in her life.
And later they came into a deal of recruiting various craftsmen as Lin Cian suggested.
So as planned they agreed to create a guild after hearing the detailed plans of Lin Cian for five years.
The guild was named 'The sky drop pavilion' which is suggested after a discussion.
As for the discussion, the patriarch of the Dhamini family and the parents of Carbiel were present. They accepted the proposal of Lin Cian.
The group planned to make Carbiel the leader of the 'Sky drop pavilion' but was refused by Lin Cian. He instead said Arzieal the master blacksmith will be the Chief and Chiro Dhamini will be the leader of the 'Sky drop pavilion' and Carbiel will be the representative of the 'sky drop pavilion'
Upon hearing that Chiro Dhamini refused to do so. Lin Cian replied
"The chief will be the strongest in the guild and the leader should be good in management which is not a match for Carbiel but that doesn't mean we don't have an advantage. Since anyone will see a representative of the guild is very strong so they would assume the leader will be stronger which would protect her from the threats and also will show a mysterious identity of the chief. Until the guild becomes stronger I suggest Carbiel be a chief in the representative's clothing so no one would make a rash move against the guild because of being guarded by mysterious figures. If it was Carbiel being a leader, we were selling out our weakness as he is the strongest person here"
Everyone understood his intention because no guild would like to see another guild is being flourish. The Saarbe family will personally volunteer to suppress them because it will be a huge loss for them if they didn't. Carbiel being the representative will protect himself and also the others from danger. So they agreed.
They also agreed with Leena and Li Yao Dhamini the patriarch of the Dhamini family be elders in the guild and Lin Cian being the advisor of the 'sky drop pavilion' because he refused to be an elder in the guild.
After that Lin Cian also being one of the temporary recruitment managers recruited various craftsmen such as blacksmiths, jewel makers, inscriptionists, carpenters and mercenaries.
The growth of the guild was surprisingly very fast. Lin Cian also started to work out his plan for starting a guild.
