Yuki who only wanted some alone time with her wives couldn't find the time to do so as there were some unwanted guests with her, but she was at least glad that Skadi had sent all of the Elders back or else she might really snap as they were basically invading her territory. Since it was just Skadi that was here, she could at least put up with it.
But that doesn't mean that she was happy with it though, she is still pretty irritated by the fact that Skadi decided to join them. Since that would mean that she wouldn't be able to do what she wanted in her time, to make up for that, she forced Skadi to make them her meal, and she even warned her saying that if the food wasn't great, she would personally throw her out regarding even if she was Kurokami's grandmother. She wouldn't care about it.
When the food finally arrived, Yuki didn't forget to bring out Fumiko who had no recollection of what happened when she was knocked out by her, so she only made it seem that she fell asleep once again when they arrived in the house and she didn't bother her again after that. But of course, she didn't forget to introduce Kurokami again as well as Skadi who didn't know how to face Fumiko since she didn't exactly know how to treat her.
It is awkward at first, but when Fumiko starts to openly talk about Skadi, she also lets her guard down and begins to have a pleasant chat with her. Though if Fumiko were to know what happened previously, maybe things wouldn't end up this way, but Yuki is at least glad that Fumiko was clueless about what happened before because she would be definitely scared.
"Hey! I have not cooked for over a thousand years already, so don't judge, alright?" Skadi warned them beforehand before handing them the food that she cooked. In total, she cooked three meals, a perfect course to be exact. Yuki was shocked because she didn't expect that such a thing would exist in this world.
She's not trying to say that she's looking down on the people in this world, but she just finds it weird that they don't have a course for their food, especially if they go out into a fancy restaurant. Yuki would have preferred if they had something like that, so when Skadi started off with the appetizer, she raised an eyebrow at it.
"Where did you learn this kind of way of serving food?" Yuki asked curiously as she looked at the foods on the table of what seemed to look like a Canapé. She was also curious about the taste, so she placed one in her mouth and actually found it pleasantly good, though she wasn't sure if Fumiko would like it since there was also some blood in it which was evident in the taste.
"There's blood in here, so you don't have to force yourself to eat it if you don't want to, just say that you don't like this type of food," Yuki said in Fumiko's mind as she didn't want to be heard by Skadi and since she wasn't aware of what was happening, she didn't hear it even though she had the power to intercept their communication even if it was telepathy.
Fumiko only looked at Yuki with a surprised look as she didn't expect that there was going to be blood in this kind of food too, but being the kind person she was, she didn't want to look disrespectful by not eating the food that Skadi made for them. So steeling herself, she took one in her fingers before placing it onto her mouth.
"This… this is so delicious, what?" Out of complete shock, Fumiko found the food that Skadi made to be extremely delicious even though it had the taste of blood, the taste was very good.
When Yuki heard her, she didn't expect her to say that because for her the food was decent, it was not bad nor not good. She didn't expect Fumiko to actually like it so much. But on the contrary, Skadi was very pleased to hear her food getting complimented, after all, it has been years since she last made food for someone, much to herself.
"I'm glad that you loved it, then I hope that you will also love the rest of the food that I will bring next," Skadi said with a smile as she finally brought out the main dish for today which was just basically a whole roasted Dragon Meat and when Fumiko saw it, she basically started drooling almost. Just the smell alone was enough to entice her.
"It seems that you are proficient in cooking even though you haven't done this for a long time. How about signing another contract where you are going to be my private chef?" Yuki offered with a smile on her face clearly teasing Skadi about her cooking skills. But Skadi paid no attention to her and just focused on feeding Kurokami.
Finally, it was time for the dessert, and just like what she showed before, it was all delicious, at least in the minds of the three, Yuki only found it decent at most.
"Since we are now done eating, I'm assuming that you will not take your leave, right?" The previous carefree attitude of Yuki went out as now she talked to Skadi with full warnings that she must leave or she might do something about it, and when Skadi was about to retaliate, she was stopped by Kurokami who clung to her arms.
"Please don't fight, I'm going to be alright here grandmother. I'll see you tomorrow." Kurokami pleaded with Skadi to not fight with Yuki because she didn't want to trouble both of them and especially she didn't want them to be fighting all the time.
Because she didn't know what happened before she arrived, she was anxious about it, especially after seeing how the two acted with each other. Now she definitely knows that something bad happened and she regretted arriving faster because she might have controlled it.
"Fine… since you said so. I'll come for you tomorrow and remember this. No matter what kind of advancement she tries to do to you, reject her! You are still young and even though I know that you two love each other, doing it this early in your relationship is not a good idea." Skadi gently reprimanded Kurokami as she didn't want anything bad to happen to her.
As for Kurokami, her face went extremely red because her grandmother didn't know that something already happened between them. Skadi thought that Kurokami only got embarrassed because she knew what she was talking about, but she was wrong because something had happened already. Yuki only had a smile on her face as she enjoyed watching how Kurokami got so embarrassed about it even though it was a normal thing between lovers.
"Don't worry about it, grandmother! I know what I'm doing and please? Don't say such a thing so openly, it's embarrassing." Kurokami said as she just nodded her head shyly before pushing Skadi out of the house. She was just so embarrassed now especially that Yuki was there, but it was even more so as Fumiko was also there.
