Hearing Primis thoughts all the 'waifus' except for Ei and Makoto were dumfounded. It was especially for the case of the ones who lived here in Liyue Harbor.
Why? Because they thought Morax were busy with some things or not in Liyue that's why he didn't come to stop this couple.
But now this made them think otherwise. It seemed that their Geo Archon was fully aware of how the people of Liyue and Adepti were getting a beat down from that woman, yet, he didn't even bother to show himself, let alone providing a help.
This made them feel sour in their heart thinking their God was disappointed at the direction where Liyue was going. It was especially for Ningguang and Keqing who wanted to separate Liyue from any intervention of Adepti and God.
And since their God even invited Primis for a meal on the first day and spend the talking with him till recently, it meant that he didn't mind Primis action was even a good friend with him.
Ganyu and Shenhe were the first ones to return back to themselves though they were still somewhat fearful. They concluded that Morax definitely knew Primis real identity as "The Crimson Moon", that's why he didn't make a move knowing he wasn't his match. On the contrary, he would rather take a friendly approach so that Primis won't do anything to Liyue in the fit of rage.
With those thoughts in mind, they soon reached downstairs and meet with the four people.
Hearing the sound of footsteps, Xiangling turned her head and looked at them in surprise.
Xiangling: Huh? They are---
Primis: With me. I brought them here yesterday and gave them a room to rest.
Xiangling: But from what I know other rooms are filled with some stuffs and hence there is not much free space for even one person to stay let alone two.
Primis: I move some of them from one room to another and set them more properly. This made enough space for them to stay for the night.
He replied. Though no one notice a glint that passed in his eyes. When it did, everything upstairs changed.
Xiangling: Is that so.
Deciding not to give it much thought, Xiangling nodded and then she greeted both of them with smile. She was surprised to see Ganyu since everyone knew that she was the general secretary of the Liyue Qixing. Because of her overwork, Ganyu rarely made her appearance in public.
And when Shenhe told her that she was the disciple of Cloud Retainer, Xiangling became even more excited. Meeting such people face-to-face were really a dream.
Ganyu and Shenhe also calmly answered all of Xiangling questions if she had any while trying to make atmosphere as comfortable as possible.
Even though they appeared calm on the surface, Primis, Ei, and Makoto notices their eyes that were trembling slight. That fear was of Primis as they had never expected him to have such a terrifying identity. Thus, they are afraid that they won't do something to offend him.
Once she was done talking with them, Xiangling remembered something and looked at Primis direction.
Xiangling: Woah!
She noticed just now that there were two Makoto standing by her teacher side. She turned her head from one to another again and again until finally stopping at Makoto.
It's not hard for her to distinguish who was her sister Makoto. Not only thanks to her clothes but also her expression which were gentler than the other one. Compared to Makoto, Ei eyes were colder and sharper.
Xiangling: Sister Makoto, is the other one......
Makoto: Um. She is my twin sister. Her name is Ei.
Xiangling: Oh. Nice to meet you, Sister Ei. I am Mao Xiangling.
She introduced herself by bowing her head. In return, Ei just nodded.
Not mind Ei's behaviour, Xiangling returned her attention to Primis.
Xiangling: Just wait for some time, teacher. I will prepare breakfast for you right away.
Primis: Ok.
Makoto: Let's go Xiangling, I also want to make some for Lord.
Though just when they were about to leave, Primis spoke.
Primis: You three also go with them.
Hearing this, Ei, Ganyu, and Shenhe were surprised but they still nodded their head and followed them.
When he was alone in the room again, Primis sat on one of the chairs while waiting for them.

He then paused for a second and continued.
「 Primis: It's decided. One month. Or at most Two months from now. I will release the seal on Guyun Stone Forest and will reawaken Osial. The ancient God and sea monster that was defeated by Rex Lapis during the Archon War two thousand years ago. The people of Liyue will have to handle this problem on their own without the help of any Adepti or Morax. In case they succeeded its good but if they failed, the entire Liyue will succumb under the sea of the ancient God. 」

「 Primis: If they can't even handle this issue then Liyue should forget about facing the upcoming threat which will be on the same level as what Mondstadt will face. 」

With this Primis closed his eyes and went into meditation while completely being unaware of the bombshell he had dropped.

Thirty minutes later.
Xiangling and others brought the breakfast and placed it on the table one-by-one. They then took their seat with Makoto and Ei sitting on Primis right left and Xiangling, Ganyu, and Shenhe sitting across.
The breakfast went by in silence with Ei and Makoto as calm as always while the three girls were completely nervous. Seeing this, Primis couldn't help but raise one of his brows but didn't question their behaviour.
By the time, they were done and Xiangling, Ganyu, and Shenhe took their plates in the kitchen to wash them, Primis moved his head towards a particular direction.
「 Primis: Oh. I thought Ningguang was busy with her work and would have forget to visit. But she already here. And she only brought Keqing with her. Hmmm...Well, its not a bad way to get rid of all of the soldiers who must have wanted to follow her...…Though I am more inclined towards Keqing decided to come with Ningguang instead of other way around. 」

Hearing Primis thoughts, both the women were surprised.
But then they couldn't have but shudder realizing how sharp Primis was, to be able to deduce everything so naturally.
They were already afraid when Primis mentioned that he would soon release Osial but now this.
The opponent who was not only physically but also mentally strong were one of the worst enemy.
Putting a serious expression on their face, they increased their pace.

She still remembered Shenhe condition yesterday. Missing limbs, broken bones, tissues, full of holes. But now, she seemed as if nothing of that sort happened to her in the first time.
'Ningguang: This…'
Primis: So, you really did make time to come here.
This snapped Ningguang out of her thoughts as she looked at Primis sitting on the chair like a ruler with his guards standing behind him.
Ningguang: Ahem. It's pleasure to meet you again, Mr...
Primis: Herrscher.
Ningguang: Herrscher?
Primis: That's my name. Erste Herrscher.
'Ningguang: That's a very unusual name. I never heard of any family who go my name Herrscher. However, he didn't seem to be lying. Is this one of the ancient family from the past? Even though both didn't show any change in expression on the surface, they both were cursing Primis inwardly.
Makoto and Ei were same as always while Xiangling, Ganyu, and Shenhe were looking at him with weird expression.
Ningguang: Can I ask how may I help you?
Seeing how Ningguang was going to the point, Primis nodded inwardly. He also didn't like to waste time on useless things.
Finally, Primis opened his mouth and started talking about Human meat. Like how Xiangling's father received it and how many people would have already consumed it by the time, he found out. About how there were many chances that the Wanmin Restaurant was not the only one. There must be other shops you were still selling it.
By the time, Primis was done. Everyone's expression had turned ugly.
One should know that when Primis first found out the human meat, only Xiangling was with him. Hence, neither Makoto nor Ei nor Ganyu nor Shenhe were aware of it.
Coldness could be seen in the eyes of Makoto, Ei, Shenhe, Keqing and Ningguang. They were wondering how could someone be so cruel to not only kill the humans but even made the other human to devour on their flesh.
Xiangling and Ganyu on the other hand looked pale.
Suppressing her burning rage, Keqing spoke for the first time.
Keqing: Is there a way to identify this meat from others?
