Two people could be seen standing in front of huge crystal which was emitting red glow. Inside the crystal you can see a very beautiful woman with white hair and yellow crosses-shaped pupils. However, those eyes were blank, devoid of any intelligence.
The spears floating behind her gave a very menacing sense of death. They were also one of the main reasons that prevented others from approaching her.
Nevertheless, the two people were completely unfazed by it.
Primis: Since you drag me here first thing I entered our world, you must have some good news.
Inori: Of course.
Saying this she looked at the woman in the crystal and continued.
Inori: Just like you said, I was able to use this puppet to maintain a mental connection with the "Herrscher of the Void" without her realizing. I was also able to complete the second objective you told me to. But then I found something complete unexpected.

The size of all those crystals were the same as the first one. Placing together they made a long red line.
Once Primis looked at each of them, he couldn't help but widened his eyes slightly.

Suddenly he pulled Inori in his arms and spoke.
Primis: I loved it. I only want you to fulfil the objective I gave you, but you take it several notches higher. As expected from my Eve.
Chuckling, Inori coiled her arms around Primis neck and gave him a light kiss.
Inori: Mhmm~
Pulling her head back, they turned their gaze back at the doll in the crystal.
'Primis: You really brought a lot of good stuff.'

Things had turned to the extreme in the last three months.
At first, there were only the rallies of people demanding to kick Cursed Children out but then people started to take the matters in their hands.
They started attacking and killing Cursed children, going ever as far as bombing their place.
At the beginning they did so while hiding it from the eyes of others but now they started doing it in open.
Blood of the Cursed children could be in most of the parts of Outer Area.
Seitenshi tried to stop and reason with the people, but it was to no vail at this point.
Situation of the Tendo sides had also taken the worse turn. Except for Tendo Kikunojo, Tendo Kisara, and two more, all the other Tendos disappeared without leaving any traces behind.
Tendo Kikunojo tried to use the power of his Tendo Family to the extreme to find the perpetrator but still failed to find any clues. This kept him on the edge almost all the time. He can't even sleep proper as he felt someone's gaze on him.
This resulted in most of sleepless night. He seemed more older and had black color under his eyes. Because of his mental state, he lashed at not only his subordinates but also at Seitenshi on many occasions.
Because of that his reputation dropped but he didn't care since he had more pressing matters like finding the enemy of his Tendo Family.
Knowing the hatred Kisara had for him, he also put an eye on her thinking she was the responsible. Nevertheless, whenever the members of Tendo family disappeared, there was always someone with her to prove her alibi. There were even some camera footages that proved her innocence.
Still, to be surer, he used his influence to arrest her and kept her under close watch. But when the disappearance of Tendos didn't stop, the police had no choice but to release her.
They already had a common enemy Gastreas, yet people were more focused on the fights between each other.

--- Seitenshi's palace ---
Currently Seitenshi was inside her room, sitting on the chair near the window while looking at the moon high in the sky.
The determination and confidence she once had in her eyes were no longer present. Only hopelessness reflected in those eyes now.
Picking the bottle of wine, which was placed on the table in front, she poured herself a drink.
Initially, her secretary stopped her by telling her it was not good for her. However, when she came to know that Seitenshi was just a puppet, even she stopped bothering about her.
Yes. By now Seitenshi also knew that she was just a puppet. The one who held the true power was Tendo family and the House of Councillors. This also explained why she always faced a lot of issue when she tried to do something for the Cursed Children or the civilians.
These members of council and Tendo family only cared about themselves and will reject anything that will make them eat even a minor lose.
Taking a sip of her drink, she started looking outside again.
'Seitenshi: What was I fighting for?'
???: How pathetic.
Becoming stunned hearing another voice in the room, Seitenshi turned her head and saw a person sitting on the chair in front of her. He was the same person who she met five months ago.
Nonetheless, she didn't mind a company.
Seitenshi: You're right. I am pathetic. Have you come here to laugh at me?
Primis: Yes.
Chuckling, she took big sip.
Seitenshi: Then laugh all you want. I deserve it.
Primis: By now, you must be aware that your Ideals hold no value or weight behind them.
She didn't reply. Her gaze was only on the wine in the glass. Primis also didn't press her to speak and just waited.
A minute later.
Seitenshi: Let's stopping talking in round and round. Just tell me what you want from this useless woman.
Primis: I want to return the entire power of Tokyo Area to you. In return...
As Primis kept on speaking, Seitenshi eyes kept on getting wider and wider in shock.
By the time he stopped, she was already covered in cold sweat, and a slight fear was visible in her eyes.
Seitenshi: You are a very dangerous man.
Primis: So…
Ignoring her comment, Primis asked.
Seitenshi: Why do you think I will agree?
Primis: Old you would have declined without a single hesitation. Not the current you.

This time, she took out another glass and poured a wine for Primis before passing it to him.

Her question was normal, but Primis ignored her and kept on looking outside.
Seitenshi: Kiyomi, order my private guards to gather at the conference room. I have to announce something.
Kiyomi: I see. It seems that he is someone Lady Seitenshi invited. Still, I would prefer if Lady Seitenshi notify me about it ahead of time.
Seitenshi: I will see to it. Now leave.
Frowning at how Seitenshi was speaking to her like she was some nuisance, Kiyomi left.

Primis and Seitenshi entered the conference room and saw six soldiers standing in a line. They were Seitenshi personal guards.
They all wore white overcoats and uniform caps, with handguns at their waists. They looked exactly like the treasonous military police from World War II.
Seeing Seitenshi, they all bowed to her.
???: We heard to call us, Lady Seitenshi.
A conspicuously tall and handsome man stepped forward and spoke. He had sharp eyes in a narrow, pointed face. The man looked to be in his early thirties.
Even though he was addressing Seitenshi, he was giving an unwelcoming gaze to Primis.
Seitenshi: Um. I want to introduce you all to someone.
Saying this, Seitenshi brought her hand in front of Primis and spoke.
Seitenshi: Because of confidentiality issue I can't disclose his name, but I want to let you all know that starting today this person will be my personal bodyguard.
All the guards became surprised a little before they calmed themselves. The man then walked in front of him with his right arm outstretched.
Yasuwaki: Pleased to meet you. I am Yasuwaki Takuto. My rank is second lieutenant, and I have the honor of being the captain of the guard. If anything happens while on duty, I am counting on you, Sir.
Instead of shaking his hand, Primis spoke.
Primis: I think you are mistaken something.
Yasuwaki: Mistaken?
Primis: The meaning behind Seitenshi words is that from now on I will be her 'only' personal guard. In other words, you all are dismissed from your duties.
Yasuwaki: What!?
All the guards turned their head to look at Seitenshi.
Without showing any change in expression, Seitenshi nodded.
Seitenshi: He is right. Thank for protecting me till today. You all can leave now.
Yasuwaki: Lady Seitenshi, what are you saying!?
Hearing Seitenshi confirmation, Yasuwaki expression changed. Other guards were also shocked but Yasuwaki expressions were worst.
Before he could say anything, Seitenshi turned and left the room with Primis. Clearly, indicating that there was no room for any further discussion.
Yasuwaki: Lady Seitenshi, please listen to me!!!!
He shouted and tried to rush to her but the other guards that were stationed around the palace stopped him. Seitenshi kept on walking while completely ignoring the shout behind her.
A few seconds later, the secretory Kiyomi came running.
Kiyomi: Lady Seitenshi!
Stopping Seitenshi looked back at her.
Seitenshi: What is it, Kiyomi?
Kiyomi: Lady Seitenshi, is it really true that you disband your personal guards!?
Seitenshi: Yes, it's true.
Kiyomi: Why is it!?
Seitenshi: One guard is enough for me.
Once she heard this Kiyomi glared at Primis and walked closer to Seitenshi.
Kiyomi: I don't know who he is and hence I don't trust him. Please re-think your decision.
Seitenshi: It's already decided.
Kiyomi: But----
Seitenshi: By the way, its good you came. It saves me time to come look for you.
Kiyomi: Hmm?

Suddenly Kiyomi movements stopped as she felt a gun placed at the back of her head.
Then, she saw Seitenshi looking at her while showing a light smile. However, seeing that smile, she felt a chill down her spine.
Seitenshi: I want to ask. Whose side you are on, Kiyomi? Your answer will decide whether you live or...…die here.
