Gathering the quirks on the list had been a rather quick process. There were all sorts of people around the country with all sorts of quirks that nobody would miss it seems. There was only one quirk he listed and the Shapeshifting quirk left now. But now he had to deal with something different.
"So, what was her name again?"
"Hasaki Kiruka, aka Slice." Kurogiri answered.
Yeah, the one competent one that had shown interest in the money was the woman who would have become a part of Nine's, aka poor man's All for One, crew and then get wrecked by high school students. Though that seemed to be the fate of every villain in the series anyway.
"What can you tell me about her?"
"Did you not read the report, sir?" Kurogiri's mist tilted sideways as his yellow lights, that were supposed to be eyes, narrowed slightly.
"I was elected to lead, not read."
"You were not elected at all sir." To that Sho could only rub the back of his head sheepishly. Mist man did have a point after all. Not that he would admit it to him.
"Just tell me about the woman." Sho ordered, happy to use his privileges as the boss.
"From what we have gathered, she was ostracized due to her quirk, people around her claiming it to be villainous. She has several small time crimes that she has done behind the shadows so she is not very well known to anyone who is not part of the government." Kurogiri explained with as serene air around him.
"If she is not well known, how is she a low B rank?" That did not make sense to him.
"We ranked her ourselves, Dr Garaki does not trust the government files about such things." Well that made sense.
Before Sho could ask anything further, the door opened and the villain of their conversation walked in.
She was beautiful. Not the high class beauty Saiko possessed but a more natural one. He red hair flowed freely on her back and her purple blouse was also not fully buttoned, giving a rather nice view of her cleavage, while her skirt reached slightly lower than her thighs and rest of her legs were covered in purple leggings.
At least a seven out of ten, Sho was very happy about what he was seeing. Though he didn't like her domino mask much.
"Well then, let's talk business." He smiled at the redheaded villainess politely.

Intelli Saiko wasn't happy. And the knowledge that the focus of her ire was having fun after basically extorting her family made her mood even worse!
Shigaraki Shotoku, oh how she loathed that name!
She and her parents had been in his presence for less than an hour but somehow he had managed to destroy the image of perfection she had for her family in that hour!
She still remembered the trembling hands of her father and mother. The uneasy looks they sent to each other ways while that PEST talked to them. The tense silence in their meals since that day.
Shigaraki Shotoku had somehow broken her parents with his mere presence!
Worse, she didn't even know why exactly her parents were so afraid of the young man that had came to their home. All she could get out of them was that their family once had some important deals with his family and his family was dangerous. That she should do nothing that could anger him.
She hated it. She hated her parents whom she had respected so much being like that. So she decided to do something about it.
Shigaraki Shotoku had to go.
She thought about using one of her family connection to the... less savory side of the world but threw that idea out of her head immediately. There was no way she could manage to do that without alerting her parents to what she was doing and with their state when it came to Shigaraki, that wasn't a risk she could take.
So she had been trying to find a way to get rid of the pest since she had learned of his existence. And for the first time in her life, she had to deal with the hopelessness of having no idea what to do.
She had wracked her brain and overused her quirk to the point her mother had told her she was not allowed to drink tea for a week.
She had a half mind jumping at her mother like an angry cat for that heresy.
But that wouldn't do. She was trying to help her parents and mauling one of them with her nails would be counterproductive to that.
She had to… had to… had to… lie down and take a nap. Yeah a nap sounded nice, who cared about being in a street anyway.
Intelli Saiko didn't even had the strength to lie down, instead she flopped down with her ass raised high, showing off her white panties.
Poor Saiko, if she hadn't been so deep in thought she would have felt the tiny prick of the dart when it had landed on her back.
Oh well, her loss and Shotoku's gain. It had been a good idea to have Garaki keep a watch on the girl. Now to make sure she wouldn't do something stupid like planning to 'remove' him ever again.
Shotoku had honestly wanted to take her to his side in a more... subtle manner. In a civilized way.
But after hearing how much time the rich girl had spent, trying to find a way to off him, he had decided to be a bit more heavy handed.
He wasn't going to hurt her though, no, he wasn't some sort of barbaric thug. He was gonna have a villain persona in a few days in order to be barbaric after all.
No, even if he was going to be heavy handed, Intelli Saiko still deserved a bit more subtle way to be bring into the fold.
It was high time that he had started to use the quirk he had gotten from Edgar Cizko after all.
<AuthorsNote>
I have a small conundrum. I have been writing this story in third person and I feel like I might be able to do better if I write it from first person with POVs from other characters. So please tell me your opinion
*First Person
or
*Third Person
I will continue to write the way you people decide.
