and his girlfriend would cook for them and he was surprised because he had been trying his best to date after the incident to no avail just a few months he went out of the country his buddy had a girlfriend and not just a girlfriend he was calling her baby already they had become so comfortable, Kara had always been the one cooking for Joel and sending him food because he hardly ate or cooked since he had no girlfriend and would always be buried to work ongoing. 

When Grace's brother came he ate the food and was extremely pleased with it and kept pestering Mercy to look for a woman just like her for him because she was a perfect cook and he had a thing for ladies who could cook well.
