A few minutes later, Rintarou could be seen standing in front of his mirror deep in thought, contemplating about some profound things.
'Did she meant mask as in face mask? Or... a literal mask? The one that covers your whole face? ... Lets just wear a mask and a face mask, its too funny to not do that, besides I'm gonna meet her friends, well not really I'm just gonna say stuff and then go out the same time I finish talking, I don't want to get to get involve too much with her friends, who knows maybe they will start questioning me later so nope. But then comes the important question, what mask? What kind of mask will I want to wear, a goofy one? An anime one? A simple one? Why not even cosplay? Like just straight up wear an outfit? I'm physically fit and even starting to see my goddamn abs, thank you system and your mysterious effect on calories and body fat percentages, now I can eat whatever I want without having to think too much about my physique' thought by Rintarou as he examined himself and tried to envision a perfect cosplay for himself.
'What about something stupid and just become a clock, or something anime? Chuuni? A suit but with a smiling mask, like somebody who is a psychopath? Hmm, I do have to make the base character for my online persona, someone who is a mysterious person who proclaims they have control over space and time and have travelled to countless worlds including people's favorite anime, has a big god complex but also likeable, will act like a bastard but is also caring. Fuck, I'm just too good at making personas to play, not like my first one for school, now I need to play that for the rest of high school, but lets find the perfect costume for Chrono, or Kaleido? Kaleido is more fitting with space and time and travelling countless universe, and this is also great because I don't even have to wear a mask to hide my identity for Kaleido, he will look so different compared to me because of the different temperament and costume and just some stuff but I'll still wear a mask because its cool, lets just search up some cool anime outfit for space and time' thought by Rintarou as he got carried away with his new persona he just made out of the blue and started to look through the internet for the perfect outfit.
'A lab coat? No, a suit, get a golden chained watch, or white? The color scheme should be white and black, so... aha! The perfect one! It screams of intelligence, mystery, coolness, fantasy, glamour and arrogance! Its the perfect outfit for Kaleido! Now I only need to somehow act like him, there's a high chance I will fail but I didn't act like a bastard for years just to fail for Kaleido!' thought by Rintarou but then his phone suddenly rang as he finally went back to reality and hastily planned things out.
'I can just steal the outfit from one of the timelines but do I use him now? Nah, fuck, I'll just wear a face mask, tsk I thought I could have used a goofy mask, sigh, lets go' thought by Rintarou as he put on a hoodie and a black face mask as he felt the cold weather outside and walk in front of Nari's apartment and knock on the door.
"Come in!" said by Nari as she opened the door and entered it along with her.
"Just sit there for a sec while I talk to my friends for a bit, just enter the room once I call you, I'll you Rin by the way to not accidentally doxx you, while you call me Lily" said by Nari as he nodded and stayed in front of her room Nari went back to her room as he gained some time to think.
'Do I use Kaleido right now? Nah, but I need to make Kaleido's entrance grand. I need a large amount of audience for him, so a thousand viewers minimum for his debut. Oh god its gonna be the trial of a life time for me, acting skills don't fail me when it happens... tomorrow, yeah tommorow' thought by Rintarou as he imagined how it will go and saw how ridiculous Kaleido will be, he will probably be deduce as a lunatic with a god complex but he found it too funny to not do it.
"Hey Rin! You can come in now!" shouted by Nari from her room.
"Its show time" muttered by Rintarou as he opened the door and entered it to see Nari wearing a face mask just like him and wave to the camera at her desk as she saw Nari pointing at the bed beside her as he nodded and sat down.
'Hmm? Why are there monitors covered? Maybe its to protect it from dust? Or its brand new? Oh so that's her friends' thought by Rintarou as he saw on one of them Biscord being opened and is connected to a VC as they look at him with interested eyes.
"Okay, so this is Rin, the person you saw yesterday who barge in and hand me over some ramen, and now that he is here I can give you guys confirmation that he and I are not in a relationship" said by Nari as she look at him.
"Yoh, I guess its time to introduce myself. My name is not Rin but you can call me Rin, I'm probably the same age as Lily so no need to worry about things like pedophilia nor grooming, we are just friends and nothing else" said by Rintarou to the camera as Nari neared her mic over to him.
'Fwooh, finally, he said it directly, the majority of the oncoming drama should die off right now' thought by Nari as she didn't know what is happening to chat but good for her, her friends are saying what is happening right now.
"It seems like most of them accepted the confirmation from that "Rin" guy" said by Silvy as she breathed a sigh of relief.
"Okay guys, Rin said it himself. Thanks Rin, you can go back now" said by Nari as Rintarou nodded and went out of her room and close the door.
"Fwooh, see chat, told you we were only friends" said by Nari as she took the cover away from the covered monitor and saw chat.

"... He's my... neighbor" said by Nari as she sighed at how sharp her viewers are.
"Yeah yeah, were neighbors, chat are you happy now huh! But yeah, he's my new neighbor" said by Nari as she sighed as she heard her friends putting her out of the call and knew they were gossiping with each other.

"Oh, let me ask him, do you guys plan to watch him if he does stream? Yes, yes, yes? Wait a sec then" said by Nari as she muted the stream and called Rintarou.
"Watsup Nari" said by Rintarou.
"Hey Rintarou, you plan to start streaming right?" ask by Nari.
"Yep, I plan to start tomorrow? I won't tell you my account though, it would be too embarrassing if you will watch me live" said by Rintarou.
"Okay then, well wish you the best of luck" said by Nari.
"Thanks, goodnight then" said by Rintarou.
"Goodnight" said by Nari as she ended the call and unmuted herself.
"Sorry chat, he doesn't want to reveal his account, but if you find him you can send me the link so I can watch him" said by Nari as she went and continued her stream as Rintarou continued to do his weird shenanigans back in his room.
