Chapitre 141: Night of Surrender?

ANGELINE's outstretched hands were chained up on both walls. And she did not know her whereabouts except for the pungent smell around her. And a while ago, she was attacked by two fang men trying to drink blood from her neck, but for some reason, they became quiet and disappeared after hearing them in pain. She started squirming where she stood because she had no energy to endure the tiredness and weakness that engulfed her.

She tried to see some lights with the blindfold covering her eyes when she heard her brother's voice. 

"Cara Mia summoned me where you are," Ethan ordered his sister.

She gasped and tried to open her eyes against the blindfold.

"Ethan... I'm too weak to do that," She replied, having difficulty breathing. "Where are you? I'm inside a white wall... the door is open but far from me."

Angeline heaved a deep sigh, hoping that her brother could reach her before the others would come back to try drinking from her neck.
