Chapitre 32: Thirty-Two

Snow burst into Ash’s room and excitedly jumped on her bed. “Ash! Get up it’s nearly one in the afternoon. We have to go!” she sang.

Ash sat up and stared at Snow like she was insane. “Snow what’s going on?” she asked.

“We only have one more day before Charlie’s birthday party and Auntie Raya wants us to try on our dresses.” She said still bouncing excitedly.

“Shouldn’t you be on patrol?” Ash asked rubbing her eyes.

“No, I’ve been assigned your bodyguard for the rest of the week.” Snow said with a smile.

Ash perked up. “Castle sleepover?”

“Castle sleepover!” Snow cheered.

Ash got out of bed and stretched. “So you’re my chaperone?”

“Yep, week two of your grounding is still underway after all. Oh yeah, what did your dad say?”

“My inhibitor is on the way…and…we haven’t heard from my mom’s side of the family.”

“Is your relationship with the Delacroix really that bad?” Snow asked.
