Chapter 1-200's story was really good for me, then started the school part which was quite boring (MC can't do astral travel because his ability is having problems). Then after half a year of MC at school, MC can use his abilities again. The second world of MC goes named D19, there is a kingdom named "Great Xia". And yes it is the world of martial arts with cultivation.

This novel has a good start and it's a great read until chapter 270ish, sadly it went downhill real quick after that.
Even though I'm not a huge TLM fan, I can say that this novel is uninspiring.It seems very interesting that mc travels to different worlds, but for some reason it does not give what is expected in terms of action and continuity.
had a lot of promise at the start but winds up boring in the latest chapters. I'm sure if it goes on it will get more interesting and entertaining but the current arc is super lame. it's basically a super boring non eventful wuxia novel at this point.

Guys just a warning this book is on hiatus and has been for months!!! read at your own risk, though i must say it was a really good book, shame the author has gone away and is unlikely to return.
A legend in the making.must read for all the bored readers. Essentially the Mc lives a secret life in addition to his normal life all in an age of exploration and colonisation.
So far i'm 260 chapters in, at first i enjoyed it, but really there doesn't seem to be any point in gaining power after he initially becomes a super, there's no threat to be faced in the main world, other than becoming richer, there's no reason atall for him to care about strength, even if he gets stronger, supers are still a lot weaker than technology so again, what's the point.
There are many novels on this website with the same premise, ie genetic mutations and going to different dimensions but this novel is much better written. It has better characters, world building, and power system. While many novels that are similar to the premise of this novel have terrible characters this novel has our main protagonists be a normal human being. He has friends and a family, he isn't some stereotypical orphan that has 0 human interactions. Infact the first few chapters show the family dynamic in this world and how supers interact with the world. The world building is really interesting because the author spent time to explain the immigration system due to the interstellar era, which I won't explain because I want you to read the novel and feel the same immersion I felt. The power system follows the same letter grading system which I'm sure you all are aware of, but the interesting part of this system is that the way that the power is tested is flawed. They can only identify that you have powers but not which type of power this allows the protagonist to hide his true strength easily and many others in the world do the same After reading this review I hope you decide to read this novel because it's a rare gem, I know that in this genre of web novels there is a lot of racism and bad writing but I assure you this novel has good writing.
The second world is toooo Chinese cringe and CHINISE this Chinese that Chinese Author I hope you die. .. .. ...... . .. ....... .. .. ..... . .. . ..
Quite good, recommend if you don’t have anything to read and can stand fillers, the plot is decent although there are some plot armor and gacha where mc always get what he needed, but its not that op or anything, the characters are above average compared to pretty much all others chinese mc with system, the mc has decent personality but quite bland while the others are more shaped and unique, the enemies aren’t just a fking dumb idiot there are many intelligent people out there, just outside the “dive” its quite boring.
It was a 4 star but then the Author brought the most unnecessary cringe trash Character that his small Chinese brain (if he has a? )would ever think of
First world was so good, I think the story got affected due to author's poor health and now it is on Hiatus untile author's health gets better.
so far it's alright i just hope that the world's in the future aren't so generic, so far there is a ancient european world and now theres a ancient asian world. give me some interesting, weird and cool world settings.

Just finished TLM and based on that alone i knew what to expect from world building and character development and so far i have not been disappointed.
Currently at chapter 292, and I thought I would drop a review. After reading quite a lot of stuff on here, I have to rate this one as my favorite. Mainly because of the clearly outlined power systems, that don't go to crazy 😜. But also because of the multiple story/perspectives. @Author keep up the great work 👏.
300 ch in. im up for continuing to reading more as it comes out. author is pretty witty, so characters can be fun and dialogue is not a snooze. system is entertaining too. author does have issues with wordiness -- that is endemic to almost all of these web novelists though. props to the translator too, he has done a good job for most of it. overall, i recommend for system enjoyers.
Its Very boring why is this so popular ? all i see is info dumps I don't see anything interesting in the story in the astral apostle arcs he talks fight travel discover and whatnot but we can basically just skip the astral arcs because it we be forgotten in the end. He completes the current astral realm objective then gets power then after that we will forget that astral realm and move to the next one that means most astral realm storyline are skippable because it's irrelevant to the MC main life. Even the main life of the MC is boring and bland, im chapter 70 still boring and nothing interesting going on At this moment im going to force myself to continue reading till chapter 200 to see if it becomes interesting ill come back here later

I'm caught up with current releases ~250 chapters. I loved The Legendary Mechanic and I love this. The story, background, and translation quality are great. My hope is that the MC can travel to a variety of different Apostle worlds with all different systems. I love that his reality isn't in dire straights fighting off aliens or a civil war etc. so that he can just calmly explore these cool new worlds.
I have been addicted since I read the first chapter. It just doesn't dissapoint. Great character development and immersive world building without being long winded. I eagerly await more chapters 🤩

World hopping novels are a difficult genre to get right, I absolutely love the world-building and the characters. Especially the main character, he still cares for his friends and their well-being and future. My only gripes with the novel are that the system seems needlessly complicated in parts and the second issue isn't with the story itself but the fact that webnovel split chapters up into multiple.
The novel is fantastic the translation though is not it’s edited mtl and while that can be done well it’ s nothig special here readable without much brain stretching sure still some yeah much less quality stuff but the real nail in the coffin is the release rate don’ let the chapter number fool you most actual chapters are broken into thirds or even fifths so the 2chaps a day you think you are getting are 2/5 of a chapter which is unbearable
