It has been 350 years since the human world was introduced to werewolves. Supernatural creatures that could shape shift into wolves at will.
Since 1671 there have been many persons who have written their accounts of first hand experience with the werewolves.
Yet within those historical records there is none more interesting than the story of the first Queen Luna, a young peasant girl who within herself found great power with her voice.
She was able to sacrifice herself not only saving her village but the rest of humanity as well.
The historical record was her personal diary.
Obviously when this material was announced by the Werewolf Society of Historical Records many questioned it's authenticity. But within those pages were frozen memories of young woman and a werewolf king that found love and shared that love.
And so it was that every year since the foundation of the International Union there has been peace. Every year on the 6th of February
every country is to hold a selection event the winner is to represent their country as the possible candidate for next Queen to a certain Werewolf king. And so the Miss Luna pegant is born.
