**NOLAN'S POV**

The day after the Winter Festival, most of the city was sleeping in. The entire party doesn't end until the morning has arrived and, usually, they eat breakfast before going to bed for a few hours. And, normally, I would have done the same. Only, that wasn't what I did, and neither did Callum.

I walked Addie to her door, kissed her again before she went inside, and then I headed over to Callum's office in the Royal Wing. He and I, along with Grandfather Yuri and Briar, were going to be talking about what had happened while Addie was at the Academy.

I sat down, waiting for the others to arrive as Callum had strong, energizing tea prepared for us. We needed to stay awake and talk about this when most of the staff, and Juliana, were too preoccupied to pay much attention to us. This was a private conversation that we didn't even want most people knowing was taking place.
