"That is lovely dear. But what do you think about him personally?" Those words from Juliana were still ringing in my ears. I had been trying to figure out what it was that she wanted me to say.

"U..uhm, J..Juliana, what is it you want from me? Do you want me to tell you how he has been in the Atelier? Do you want to know if he has been with anyone? I..is there something specifically that you are looking for? I..I am sorry, but I don't understand the subtlety that you are using."

"Subtlety?" Juliana looked confused. "What in the world are you talking about, Addie? I am just asking if you like him personally. What do you think about him? Is he a good guy? Can you see yourself working with him for a long time? Is there anything else that you might think about him?"

I shook my head in confusion. What was she asking? Was this entrapment? Was she trying to get me to incriminate myself? Was she going to get angry at me for answering those questions?
