Isaiah picked up the cloak and brought it back over to me. "Here you are, Addie." He was being very polite with me and I didn't understand the reason why.

"U..uhm, M..M..Mr. Isaiah, S..S..Sir, why did you save me? Why did you buy me from Boberre?" My voice trembled as I asked him that question, and I blushed under the hood of the cloak that I was once again wearing.

"Aren't you happy to be free of him? I thought you wanted to escape from him."

"I did." I assured him, worrying that he was going to give me back to him or something.
