It wasn't a moment that would be left in history but the truth was that's how everyone felt. As if somehow everything was in slow motion, Xan's long fingers unfolded the letter revealing its insides first to himself and then to everyone else. The vampire with the black glasses looked at the paper with an unreadable expression on his face as his eyes moved through the lines. 

"What does it say?" Reina asked, being the most impatient of them all. 

"Nothing." Xan said and the girl with a shocked expression on her face grabbed the letter, wanting to confirm it with her own eyes. 

It wasn't actually empty but there were no words written in it as you would expect from an actual letter. There was though a somewhat messy drawing of a place, the name of an unknown city and a red x drawn on it. Reina's green eyes looked worried, since not even her had any idea of what this meant.
