Adrian didn't know why this question suddenly came to his mind but he knew he hadn't met doctor Lucas in his entire life.

Adrian was jolted from his thoughts when he heard the person in his arm whimper.
"Adrian, are you here?" he heard doctor Lucas mumble.
" Umm, I am" without thinking much Adrian replied as he smoother the knots formed in Lucas's forehead.
He didn't even realise that his voice was full of indulgence and care.
Adrian began to caress every bump and corner of Lucas's face. He was charmed by the beauty of the person in his arms.
' How can I adore someone I just met this much! How can I be charmed by the outer beauty of someone like a moth by the fire?' Adrian couldn't help but question his own principles. He has always felt he was the type of person who looked at a person's attitude and personality and here he was lured by someone he met for only the 2nd time.
