"Uh--uh-okay" I nodded and walked upstairs, searching for Max's room. Stupid me! I should have asked Cindy which one is Max's room but anyway, I don't think it would be that big of a deal.

And I was right.

Do you know how I recognized it almost immediately?

Just when I reached the last steps up, I noticed a door at the very end of the hallway and it had a poster saying 'keep out'! Very typical! I knocked on it several times but no one answered.

Why is he taking so long? I wondered and tried to listen for any noise behind the monster's door. I turned the door knob and you wouldn't believe it. The door opened. Like really.

Who would have thought that the bad boy can be careless like that?

Someone could easily murder him or steal his things.

But then, who would dare do something to St-Xavier's bad boy?

I walked in and looked around. Max was nowhere to be found. Where is he?
