Allen said goodbye to his wife, sister-in-law, and friends before leaving for his meeting for that day. While Ethan, Dr. Janice, and Alice went towards the room of Ethan's patient. Leaving the two women behind at the nearby nurse station while he talks to the family member of his patient. Dr. Jeremy on the other hand went back to his office before he goes to the canteen to eat.

After 30 minutes, Ethan was done talking to the family members explaining everything regarding his patient. He went back to change his clothes before leaving the hospital together with Alice. Dr. Janice didn't go with them for the reason of still being on duty.

"So, Where should we eat our Lunch?" asked Alice to her friend. They are now on their way to the car where the two bodyguards of Ethan were waiting. One of them was Jay Winston, the brother of Tia who helped Ethan escape his family home.
