To get to the first floor, we had to take an elevator. A dainty one with nice jingles.
“We get separate bedrooms right?” Natasha asked Damian since she hasn't asked before. It was a reoccurring question with her these days
“Yes, I made sure of that.” He responded briefly, “As per Sam's request.”
“Are our rooms free of dogs?”I said, taking a quick jab at Natasha. Of course, no dogs are allowed, or pets for that matter.
“I am guessing so. Pets are a big NO-NO here. So, your room should be pet-free.” Damian answered, pointing to the poster reading the “NO PETS ALLOWED POLICY” It was hanging on the elevator walls. The small space we had to share until getting to the first floor.
Natasha eyed me down, “Pfft, you and your cynophobic self.” She easily figured that I was indirectly talking about her dog.
“I am not cynophobic!!!”
“Then what are you?” Crossing her arms, she poked my chest.
Stroking my chin, “What's the word for the fears of Juvetas?”
