Liam knew that he should have been exhausted and ready to sleep after the night he had, but somehow his mind just wasn't ready to let him settle down after he got home from work. There had been too much going on that was bothering him. 

He didn't expect to see Celeste there with Bane and Rodolpho. 

Beyond the fact that he had seen her with the alpha's phone number written down that one time, he didn't even know that she was familiar with him. He wasn't the kind of person that someone like her should have known. She was far too innocent to be associated with someone like that. 

To make matters worse, it seemed as though Bane had really taken a liking to her for some reason that he didn't understand. That man could practically have any woman he wanted in the world, so why was he showing so much interest in his friend? Was he the one that she had been trying to convince that they were dating? If so, last night had kind of blown some of that.
