Chapitre 1240: A potential windfall

Sandwiched between four nymphs, a young man winced as he heard the communication crystal on his nightstand blow up. Startled from his slumber, the young man groggily reached out, fumbling for the crystal.

The four creatures of beauty and grace, stirred around him, all of them naked and exhausted from no doubt the previous night's activities. 

The young man also looked equally exhausted and did not have any mood to get out of the comfortable heaven, snuggled between soft luscious mounds.

However, the crystal continued to blare without mercy, its light piercing the dim tranquility of the room with urgent flashes.

Finally, his fingers clasped the cool, smooth surface of the communication crystal. He lifted it, the light casting strange, dancing shadows across the room. 

With a deep breath to steady his nerves and clear the fog of sleep, he activated the device.
