Not one, but ten golems arose from it. Lexy grabbed him and used her footwork to get to the other side of the boss door before it formed. A sound of the doors crushing closed shattered their ears as all sound disappeared. They were too far to use the hearthstones, and did not have the strength to fight against it. But, Jake had another option.
"Fuuuuuuuck"
Lexy sighed as she knew how screwed they were.
"Do you have a way out of this?"
Jake did. He didn't want to reveal it to anyone, but at this point he didn't have a choice.
"Depends, do you have a sleeping potion?"
"How will it help?"
"My passive. It sends me to another world when I sleep, and then back whenever I sleep there. If I use a drop of a sleeping potion I can get an entire day there in half a second here. I can create and use uncommon, maybe rare equipment and get strong enough to fight them alone. If you have one, I might be able to save us."
"To think an ability like that exists. I have trouble sleeping, so I use them to put me to sleep at night. I hope three is enough. Good luck"
"I will need it."
Jake took the top of the potion and dipped his finger in it and closed it again. One lick, and he was out for half a second.
Waking up was a relief.

You may now equip rare items you make.
With this, and enough time he could make a few rare items and absolutely destroy the boss's. He probably had a month to make them, so he got started immediately. He grabbed the crown out of his inventory and put it on the forging table. He used the chisel in his set to begin carving out the stones. He ended up breaking two of them, and saving the other two. He put the rest of the crown in the furnace and let it melt. He had a bar mold in one of the drawers in the workshop downstairs, and used it to make a mid-tier gold bar.
[100 Jeweler EXP gained]
He picked up one of the gems.
[Would you like to absorb low tier health gem for 1 vitality?]
The gems were more useful in gear then as stats, so he just put them down next to his gold bar.

Jake ended up picking an aspect of anubis due to its ability to decay enemies, which could destroy plants much easier than moon powers or raw strength. He used the other skill point he got to get the aspect of wind.
After all of the rewards had been gained, he put his 5 unused points into magic and looked at his new stats.

He always checked his stats whenever he added them, but this time he took the time to revel in his progress. But he still needed a lot more if he was going to win against ten bosses at once, especially ones as big and tanky as golems.
Jake went downstairs and found a map. He took it and found his way to the black lotus auction house. They had daily auctions as well as a place to sell and buy things normally. Compared to all the places around it, it was very nice with expensive fericire as well as glass cases displaying equipment of all kinds. They were priced in credits rather than gold, so he had no idea how expensive they actually were. He went up to the main counter and gave his card to one of the clerks.
