Chapitre 4: Chapter 04: Cursed Mithril Soulwhip....

Sorry for the delay. Actually I'm currently very busy due to the some personal reason, that's why i wasn't able to write any new chapter.
It will take some time to start writing again, so hope you can wait until then.

Redwood Village, Heaven Dou Empire:-
Ling Tian opened his left palm and a beautiful blue metallic whip appeared. The edge of the whip seemed to give off a demonic light that wanted to devour people and there was a figure of a savage golden snake on the handle.
The handle seemed to be covered with red scales, and it felt icy cold when held in one's hand. The entire whip had a demonic feeling, giving off an evil, cold, murderous aura.
This whip was his second Martial Spirit, a tool spirit which was the reason he returned to his cottage in a hurry. It's name was Cursed Mithril Soulwhip, whose main function was sealing.
He summoned back his Martial Spirit, when he remembered something.
Ling Tian made a grabbing motion and a staff appeared in his left hand. It had a golden shaft, base made of four jackal heads and a green crystal near it's end. This staff was called the Staff of Anubis otherwise known as the Sekhem Scepter.
This staff was a symbol of power and domination and an emblem of authority as the god of dead.
This Staff of Anubis was the Divine Weapon, he could summon using his Spirit Power. But currently it was just a toy in his hand because he couldn't bear it's expenditure of Spirit Power.
It required atleast the strength of a Spirit King to becoming capable of welding it's power.
Suddenly, the Staff Of Anubis started to hum as it violently trembled. In the next moment, it broke free from Ling Tian's hand and stabbed into the ground. Following this, large amounts of death qi streamed into the ground, and the ground started to turn black as if it was stained by ink.
The darkness quickly spread until it covered the surrounding twenty-meters radius area.
Seeing this unexpected situation, Ling Tian was given a big fright and he hurriedly undone the summon. Staff Of Anubis struggled a little but ultimately turned into a black blur and disappeared in Ling Tian's body.
After the trouble was over, he hurriedly asked system for explanation.
[ Host because the Staff Spirit hasn't acknowledged you yet as her master, it tried to retaliate against you. But it won't be able to harm you because the presence of Divine Core inside you. ]
Only then he did he sighed in relief. But he was surprised because according to system, the staff spirit was a female. He stopped thinking about this matter for the moment and ordered the system to show his status.

Ling Tian closed the system interface and began thinking about what to do next. Although he wanted to meet Bibi Dong, but currently the time was not right.
Thus he finally made up his mind to leave this village tonight but for now he was interested in experimenting his ability of teleportation.
It was one of the many perks of assimilating the Divine Core. Now that he had undergone the awakening ceremony and capable of utilising Spirit Power, he was finally able to use this ability.
' System how should i use my teleportation ability? '
[ Host you have to think of an existing location or a place you've been before, in order to connect the passage between your current location and the intended location. With your current strength you can only teleport with two more people. ]
Ling Tian closed his eyes and imagined a place outside the Redwood Village. The moment he thought of moving there, his body vanished from the spot and reappeared on a hilltop outside the Redwood Village.
Ling Tian opened his eyes looked around him. The process was actually very simple. So he grinned a little and teleported back to his house.
" Looks like from now on i can travel everywhere without worrying about my safety and escape if encounter any danger. " Ling Tian murmured himself.
Next he left his cottage to buy all the things necessary for his upcoming journey. Actually he had to travel a very long distance in order to obtain his Spirit Rings for his Pheonix Spirit.
Only the Extreme north could provide him the best condition to obtain suitable Spirit Rings.

Star Dou Great Forest:-
Currently it was the sixth day, since Ling Tian had set off from Redwood Village. In order to reach the extreme north, he had to first pass through the Star Dou Great Forest.
" Let's spend tonight in this cave. " Ling Tian murmured as found a cave to spend the night and decided to start cooking dinner. He placed the short dagger beside him and rested for while.
Actually in his previous life, he was a very good cook. He took out a large piece of boar meat from his system storage and started preparing dinner.
Because of his storage space, the meat was still fresh. At fast he planned to turn it into steak, but it would take a lot of time so he decided against it.
Thus the final menu was stir-fried pork with onion and garlic, one of his favourite dishes. He sliced the meat thinly and began the cooking.
One hour later a very tempting aroma filled the interior of the cave and the food was finally ready.
But just as he was about to start eating, Ling Tian sensed something and looked at the cave entrance. In the next moment an unknown Soul Beast walked out of the entrance and approached him slowly.
He gripped his short dagger and stood up to. Now he really regretted his carelessness. Because of his limited strength he couldn't use any large boulder to block the entrance. Still he could teleport easily if necessary, so he calmed down a little.
When the soul beast finally made it near the fire, Ling Tian could see its features. It was a cute lion with dazzling golden fur and a bizzare vertical slit on its forehead.
This lion had such beautiful fur that it was ridiculous in comparison with all the soul beasts he had seen so far. But to his surprise he recognised this beast.
" Human brother, can i have some? "
The owner of this voice was naturally the golden lion in front of him. It looked at him with its big beautiful eyes with anticipation.
