“Hello.” Cisco said.

“Cisco, this is John Middleton. Can Greg see Patrick and me this afternoon? Patrick has been agitated all night. I had to give him some Jack Daniels to get him to sleep.”

“He’s right here; I’ll let you talk to him.” Cisco handed the phone to Greg.

Greg took the phone from Cisco’s hand. “Harris.”

“This is John Middleton. I would like to make an appointment for Patrick and me to see you today. Do you have something around four?” Cisco could hear John’s booming voice.

“Hold on John, I need to look at my schedule.” Greg pressed the hold button on the phone.

“John wants an appointment for Patrick today at four. May I use your conference room?” Greg asked, knowing he wasn’t going to like what he heard when Patrick came in to see him. Cisco could feel Greg’s disquiet.

“Do you have anything else today?” Cisco sat up.

“Nothing that could preclude an appointment,” Greg sighed.
