“I would…still think you were a DILF,” Howard said reluctantly.
“Good,” Jason replied, taking Howard’s glass from his hand, and placing it next to Howard’s lips. “Drink.”
“I don’t know if I should,” Howard said. “I might believe all this nonsense you’re feeding me.”
“You mean the part about me being so attracted to you that I don’t want anyone else?”
“Yeah, that part. Sylvia Pathmore, Brent Goodrich, who did eventually leave his wife for a man, and that goddamned Sophie La Reux. Those people were gorgeous, and I spent my days chasing two kids around.”
“Our two kids, as you reminded me,” Jason said, moving his finger back and forth between the two of them. “That was hot.”
“Sure it was,” Howard said with a laugh, shaking his head, and smiling at Jason. “I appreciate you saying it.”
“May I prove it to you?” Jason asked.
“I guess so,” Howard answered, taking a larger sip as Jason pressed the wine glass back to Howard’s lips.
