Chapitre 59: Chapter 59

He was there when they arrived home on Sunday and he counted eight men plus the two regular bodyguards. He needed a plan.

On their way out the door, the young blond shouted back to Ian, be ready at ten to go to the ceremony and shopping afterward.

That was it. Sal would follow from a distance and mingle with the crowd at the store where he could grab Ian while the others were busy looking at merchandise. Pleased with himself he decided to go home and get the maid in to clean up. Tomorrow he would have company. He’d also make arrangements for a new mattress to arrive on Tuesday. After Monday, his old one would be too bloody to sleep on.

Sunday Evening

Ian and Rémy ate the marvelous coming home dinner Marie Claire made; fried chicken with cream gravy and corn on the cob. Both stuffed, they decided to retire early.

“I’ve got to start working out again tomorrow. With all this food, I’ll get fat.” Ian patted his belly.
