He went upstairs to shower and found that Rémy’s things were moved into his bedroom.Not mine, Armand and Sean’s house. We have a house in Brooklyn that I actually like better.

Ian finished his shower and skipped downstairs to the kitchen to meet Elena, Miss Beaumont, and Meg. He appeared at the bottom of the stairs and saw Sean and a little girl coloring with the biggest box of crayons he’d ever seen. A young woman who must be Miss Beaumont sat beside her. Meg had to be the older woman at the stove with Marie Claire.

Ian gazed up at Sean and then at the crayons. “Christmas…Armand, need I say more?”

He tapped her on her wavy brown head. “Elena, this is Ian, Alpha Mate to your Uncle Rémy and as you must have guessed, this is Miss Beaumont and Meg.”
