Chapitre 78: Ambush.

The gentle sunlight broke through the canopies of the nearby trees, illuminating Raymond's beautiful sword as he practised. As he exhaled turbid air whilst he practised, a slight fog was created. Along with his strenuous motions, the fog dispersed back into nothingness. Whilst Raymond was focused on the feeling of the wind as it carried his sword forward, he suddenly sensed something.

With one hand behind his back, Raymond's eyebrows furrowed slightly as he slashed out with his sword. A slight mental ripple surged out from his body, as a cyan phantom materialised around his body. The sword crossed paths with a black shadow that had been rapidly approaching, blocking it in its path. A slight crunch could be heard as a broken arrow fell to the ground. When the arrow tip touched the ground, a slight sizzling sound could be heard as the grass quickly turned black and disintegrated.

"Who's there!"
