Chapitre 56: Duel of Wishes Part Two

Soteria finally got serious in the duel of wishes. Dozens of black chains emerged right beside her. They pointed themselves towards Alastair, waiting for Soteria's order to attack. Alastair, on the other hand, stood opposite Soteria with a confident smile plastered on her face. It was as if she was saying 'come at me!' to the lovely maid.

Soteria furrowed her eyebrows as she quietly uttered. "Attack." Upon uttering such words, the black chains began charging toward Alastair. They propelled themselves at ridiculous speeds. Alastair readied herself as she stood with a sword stance. 

Unfortunately, having projectiles heading toward her wasn't the first. The only way to avoid them was to guess where they would hit. To guess where they would hit requires a large amount of skill. After all, foresight wasn't an ability possible in Alastair's past life.
