Chapitre 3: 2. Finding your way..
'They look so familiar..' Leo thought as he looked at the three familiar, though still unfamiliar faces..
"You're finally awake." Terra said as he inspected him with a small smile.
"How are you feeling? Hurt anywhere?" Aqua asked a bit worried.
Leo sat up slowly feeling confused.
"Easy there, you shouldn't force yourself." Ventus said as he helped him up.
"I.. I'm feeling alright, thank you.. I'm Leo by the way.." He said politely with a slight smile as he closely looked at them.
"Ah, I'm Aqua! These two are Terra and Ventus. Leo do you remember how you got here?" She asked after Aqua introduced them all.
Leo frowned slightly, "I got into an accident, saving someone close to me.. Then, there was only darkness.. Then a warm bright light brought me here." Leo said as he rubbed his head slightly in confusion.
The trio looked warmly at him slightly hearing he saved someone.
They looked at each and nodded, "You might be suffering from amnesia." Aqua said, though unsure.
Leo looked closely at them and slowly started to realize something, "Aqua.. Ventus.. Terra, wielders of the keyblade.. Connected to.. Sora." He slowly muttered, but the trio heard it clearly.
They looked at him in shock, "Y-You know about us?" Aqua and Terra said in disbelief.
"You know about.. Sora?" Ventus asked in shock.
Leo nodded though still confused, "Xehanort.. Venitas.. χ-blade.. Kingdom Hearts.." He said slowly as he looked at Ventus who froze.
Terra held Leo looking him in the eyes seriously, "We are currently looking for Sora, do you perhaps know where he is?" He asked hopeful.
Leo looked at him, "May.. Your Heart, be your guiding.. Key.." Terra, Ventus and Aqua looked down at their chest.
They summoned their keyblades surprising Leo who suddenly got stars in his eyes looking at them.
They were about to discuss something with each other, but suddenly Leo coming out of his muddled state suddenly grabbed Ventus's keyblade inspecting it carefully.
"H-Hey! W-what's the big ide-" Ventus panicked.
"Amazing.. So this is a Keyblade?" Leo said in awe, interrupting Ventus who looked at Leo in disbelief.
Aqua and Terra started chuckling seeing this.
Leo started muttering again..
"In your hand, take this key. So long as you have the makings, then through this simple act of taking, its wielder you shall one day be. And you will find me, friend- No ocean will contain you then. No more borders around, or below, or above, so long.. as you champion the ones you love.." He said, Aqua and Ventus looked surprised.
Terra started blushing slightly, remembering his dark past where he let Riku inherit the power of the Keyblade.
Ventus pouted however, "Hey.. Give it back!" He said, crossing his arms.
Leo looked at him and smiled slightly, "What's wrong Ventus, it's yours isn't it? Can't you just take it back anytime you want?" Leo asked as he slightly provoked him.
Ventus, Aqua and Terra turned serious.. But, Leo just chuckled, "Sorry.. I was only kidding.." He apologized as he gave Ventus his Keyblade back.
"Just thought, that it would be cool to have one of my own someday." He said as he grinned.
The trio sighed in relief.
"Alright, now that thats done how about we guide Leo back home for now.." Terra said.
The other two nodded accepting his suggestion.
"Thank you for all the help and sorry for causing trouble.." Leo said as he bowed gratefully towards the Trio.
They all smiled, "No worries Leo! We like making new friends!" Ventus said as he grinned.
Leo looked at him in shock and a tear suddenly fell from his face.. "Leo.. Are you alright.." Aqua asked worried the guys also looked quite worried about him.
"Huh? Yeah.. Sorry, it's just been a while, since i last heard someone call me their friend.. I think?" He said, though slightly bitter.
The guys patted his shoulder in support.
"We kind of understand Leo. We all have had that feeling, where we were in such a bad situation where we felt all alone and where we couldn't trust anyone.." Terra said with a sad smile.
"Yeah, Leo.. Just make sure, you don't close your heart off too other people." Ventus said.
"Be sure too ask for help sometimes we just need a different perspective! We kind off found that out the hard way." Aqua said with a awkward smile.
"Thanks everyone.. I'll take your words to heart.. My new friends.." He said as he looked at them with a bright smile.
They all nodded at him and started guiding him towards the exit.
They chatted about different worlds and other cultures.. But suddenly Leo fell down clutching his head in pain..
"""LEO!!!""" They shouted as they held him.
*Ugh* "I'm alright.. I think my memories.. are slowly starting to come back to me." He said as he shook off the pain.
Aqua looked at him, "Are you sure don't need to rest for a while longer?"
Leo shook his head, "I'm alright Aqua, thank you." Then he suddenly looked at her seriously..
"What's wrong Leo? Why are you staring at me like that?" Aqua said as she blushed a little.
"Kairi.. She probably is the link to find.. Sora.." He muttered again.
They looked at him in surprise again, "Kairi? What do you mean?" Terra asked confused.
"Xehanort.. I think he did something to her.. I can't remember.. I just know that Aqua should guide her to become a decent Keyblade master.." Leo said feeling confused.
Terra and Ventus looked at Aqua and nodded.
"That, kind of makes sense to me.." Ventus said, "Yeah.. I also agree though let's talk about it more later we should go back for now." Terra said.
Leo got up, "Sorry.. Wish, i could help more.."
The trio shook their heads and told him not to mind it, they quickly walked and found the exit rather easily.
"I can't believe we didn't see a single shadow just now." Ventus said, as he suspiciously looked around.
The others felt kind of weird about it as well.
Leo looked around curiously, but just shrugged it off he had no idea what the reason could be..
They all walked through a dark portal.
"Woah.." Leo said, as he saw he was in a bright giant hall like room.
Leo then noticed something and suddenly ran off in a hurry alarming the trio.
"WAIT! LEO!" Aqua called out to him.
"QUICKLY! AFTER HIM!" Terra shouted.
They all quickly ran after him..
The trio followed Leo outside where they found him sitting on his knees, looking at the sky.
The trio seeing this instantly understood what was happening and they smiled gently.
They walked over and sat down next to him..
"T-The sun.. I-It feels so.. So warm.. It's been.. So.. So long.." Leo muttered as tears started too run down his face.
"Welcome back, Leo." Aqua said softly, as they all gave him a supporting hug, while they all enjoyed the sun's gentle warmth together.
