Announcement XVII— February 15, 2023
Dear readers,
We've finally reached four hundred chapters in this novel and I've been writing non-stop for quite some time now. That's why, for today, I'm going to take a break and treat myself to a goodnight's sleep instead of writing like a maniac. My brain's exhausted and I don't really earn money from writing this novel so I'll just take a one-day break and get some rest. With all the changes recently on webnovel, it's hard for authors like us who are just starting out (I won't go into the details) so it's getting rather difficult to stay motivated.
It's not like it's not worth it, however, since I only write for the fun of it. I don't really care about the money but my motivation is down in the dumps recently with all the pressure going on in my priv life. So yeah, I'm taking this one-day break, my leave of absence, and I'll get some nice sleep tonight as a reset.
Once again, thank you all so much for all your support. I feel like I don't deserve the ten thousand collections but I'm just glad that you're all enjoying something I write. It's a privilege to write a novel like this one.
