Rayan knew by then that Janet has a mental issue. He instructed Sophie and the other housemaid to give Janet the medicine on time.

"It is your responsibility to give it to her. Mrs. Janet is not feeling well right now, and she requires extra care." Rayan said so to Sophie before leaving the house.

Sophie went after him, and Rayan felt that there was something else, "What is it, Sophie?"

"A few weeks ago, Mrs. Knights waited for Mr. George to have their supper together." Sophie said with a worrying face, and then she continued, "It was not her first weird behavior. I called for the family doctor who visited us and checked on Mrs. Knights. He arranged an appointment for her to see a neurologist. I am not sure if she went there or not. She cannot remember."

Rayan got angry and said, "Why did not you inform me earlier, Sophie? Did you think you would handle this by yourself?"
