"I do not want you to be in hospital. I want you to be running around and finish your medical school and become a competent neurosurgeon," Vito is telling her about his mind not to have any kids at the moment.

"But, how about if I want a child from you? We have to have children to continue our family name," Emma is explaining to her husband about the purpose of having a child.

"This is not on my mind and my priority at the moment. My priority is you and a labour is the same sending you to the door of afterlife. I will not want to do those things to you," Vito is caressing her face.

"I have been to the afterlife. It is not bad at all. I am looking forward to have your baby inside my womb and I promise to take care our child properly," Emma is holding back his hand to appease his sad expression.
