Chapitre 154: Preparing for the Surprise

Hearing her calling him in her dream made Long Ying a bit happier. His silver eyes flickered as he removed his own jacket and tossed it away. Slowly, he leaned in and kissed Yu Yan's forehead.

"Sweet dream, Yan'er."

His gesture caused Yu Yan to stir a bit but she didn't wake up. Long Ying's smile deepened as he laid beside her, ready to rest for the day too.

The night passed quietly.

When Yu Yan woke up, she stared at the ceiling in front of her. She felt a bit confused as she clearly couldn't remember when did she even return back and sleep on the bed?

Turning her head to the side, Yu Yan saw Long Ying was lying on the bed. His silver eyes were watching his wife with tender gaze. "Awake?"

"Mhm." Yu Yan nodded. She looked at him then tilted her head. "Will you go to work today?"
