Chapter 10
3rd POV
"These little guys can really protect us?" Asks a skeptic Gian.
"Why don't you try something if you don't believe it." Doraemon and Nobita laughed.
"Okay! I'm doing it. Don't complain when I break it." Says Gian with a confident grin plastered on his face. He turns towards Suneo and raises his hand to hit him on his head.
Seeing Gian about to hit Suneo, Shizuka looks away, while Suneo became scared about getting hit by Gian's punch.
However, only a scream was heard.
"Ouch, ouch, ouch…"
Suneo's bodyguard robot flashed in front of Gian in an instant, and the long wooden stick was aimed at Gian's head.
"Ouch… it hurts!" Gian kept shouting holding his head where he was hit with.
With that, they all slept soundly with a grumbling Gian in a corner saying something about 'not being ready at the time.'

The night was dark.
In the room, the sound of breathing gradually sounded. In particular, the snoring of the Gian was the most prominent one.
In the chat group, it is also very quiet today.
The group friends who usually talk a lot of nonsense seem to be busy with their own affairs.
Nobita turned his head and looks towards the ceiling of his room with a thoughtful look on his face.
However, after a moment, he heard the sound of sliding of a door.
Getting out of his futon, he looked for the one opening the door and noticed Shizuka looking a bit embarrassed with a slight blush on her face.
Fortunately, it was night, so he couldn't see clearly.
"Shizuka, haven't you slept yet?" Nobita asks quietly.
"Um...a little sleepy..." Shizuka said softly.
"Hmm… are you still worried about that guy from the magical world?"
"No… its… because I didn't take a shower." Shizuka blushed even more, but didn't lie.
'Can't sleep without taking a shower?'
Nobita then remembered that Shizuka seemed to have a habit of bathing regularly—once in the morning and once in the evening, whenever she could.
He even saw her do it a few times with his own eyes.
"Then, why don't you take a shower?" He inquires
"...But everyone is already asleep; it might disturb them."
Shizuka was a little embarrassed. There were many people before, so, she didn't mention about her bath.
"It's okay, let's go quietly, but don't make too much noise." He says without thinking much.
"...are you coming with me?" Shizuka looked at Nobita with a strange expression.
Looking at her expression, Nobita was confused at first but soon understood her meaning.
"No... I mean, you go take a shower, I'll just stand outside the door." He replies quickly while waving his hands erratically.
"Its okay! I can manage just fine for today." She says with a reassuring smile.
" Come, It'll be alright, I'll just wait outside the door waiting for you, don't worry!"
Saying that, Nobita quietly pulled Shizuka downstairs with him.
Shizuka blushed, and the two went to the bathroom downstairs on their toes.
"Go! I'll stand guard for you!" He reassures.
"You are not allowed to peek, okay?" Shizuka warns him with a stern look.
After all, Nobita already had a criminal record this morning.
"Shizuka, I'm not such a person! I never watch other girls take a bath!" Nobita patted his chest and promised!
Shizuka was a little skeptical, but accepts that he won't do it knowingly.
After a while, the sound of water and a soft hum of melodies came out.
Nobita too, just sits quietly outside.
In the bathroom, Shizuka, who had finished pouring water, walks up to the bath tub and enters in it.
Feeling the warmth and comfort of warm water. Her little face couldn't help showing a contend smile.
But when she thought of bathing so late at night with the danger of a magical creature lurking in the shadows, she became a little nervous.
"Nobita... Are you still there?" she asks quietly.
"Reporting for duty, ma'am! Private Nobita is still at his post, standing by and ready for further orders!" he declares with exaggerated enthusiasm in quite tone.
Hearing Nobita's response, Shizuka couldn't help but chuckling softly to herself.
"Pfft~".
'Nobita has really changed, but it's a welcome and refreshing difference.' she thinks to herself with a small smile on her face.
Shizuka wiped away the dirt that didn't exist on her body.
"Even though Gian and Suneo often bully Nobita and he is ready to ignore them, but in the event of danger, Nobita is still willing to protect everyone." Shizuka says out loud, for Nobita to hear her thoughts.
"Nobita is a very good person." She concludes.
Outside the bathroom, listening to what Shizuka thinks about him , Nobita became embarrassed.
With a nervous laugh, Nobita began, "Ahaha… When you thought I was missing and went to them for help, honestly, if I hadn't seen it for myself, I might have thought they didn't really consider me a friend and would just ignore the fact that I was gone. But instead, they were so willing to search for me—and even fight for me if something had happened. It really surprised me…"
"Although they have their fair share of flaws—their tempers aren't exactly mild, and they have some bad habits—they don't exactly come across as model children."

However, just when Nobita was about to take a serious look at what was coming.
A purple ray attacked again. This time, the target is Nobita!
Nobita was startled, and in an instant, his reaction was quick with his enhanced physique.

This feeling... Nobita's face becomes red.

He quickly reaches for the towel in the bathroom and gives it to Shizuka without turning back and says, "Sorry, Shizuka, it was an emergency." And he also steps out for the moment.
As soon as he steps outside, he turned serious and starts explaining.
"Something hit us both just now and ran away."
"What!? It must have been that magical creature who followed the future us before."
Doraemon looked serious.
"Fortunately, bodyguard robots were present there, so nothing happened to us."
"However, my bodyguard robot is broken. It turned to ashes, taking the damage in my place."

With this house robot gadget, everyone's safety is temporarily guaranteed.
Even if the house robot can't destroy the attacking monsters, at least it can hold them off when they try to invade again, giving them time to prepare.
Everyone went to sleep again.
There is so much going on today.
Everyone is tired.
Even Nobita was exhausted.

Nobita dad, Nobisuke Nobi said suddenly.
Then casted a strange spell to the chair.
"Floating Charm!"
Seeing Nobita's dad doing magic, Suneo also tried doing similar actions which made the chair slowly float.
"I can also do magic." He exclaims in wonder.
Gian also excitedly tried making his chair float with magic.
In the end, even Shizuka tried the "flickering spell" lightly.
Seeing everyone's excited faces, Nobita was stunned.
"Why can everyone suddenly do magic so easily?"
"I made it happen, but I don't feel anything different."
He was the one to use the What If Telephone Booth to make magic real, but why does everyone seem to have learned magic when they woke up, but not himself.
"Nobita? Why don't you give it a try too."
Everyone looked at Nobita expectantly.
"I can't do it." Nobita shook his head.
