Chapitre 57: Author's Note (Not a Chapter)
Below are some considerations I'll be adding to the 'before you read' pretty soon. I'll keep it here for a few days before I delete this chapter.
1. No content introduced in Boruto will be applicable to this novel. That includes retcons (retroactive continuity) they may have implemented. An example would be that losing the rinnegan or mangekyou doesn't remove the physical benefits they grant. Madara being able to use his Susanoo without his eyes is an example of that.
2. You may have noticed this already, but all kanji that enable jutsu will be addressed as seals for the fact that instructions are being encoded into chakra which is then sealed into an object (ink). The reason why I'm explaining this is so that those who are concerned with proper terminology understand my rational for purposes of this novel. As an example of a potentially offending statement, I'll use the flying thunder god jutsu for reference. That jutsu is not classified as a sealing jutsu; regardless of the jutsu-shiki on the kunai, it's actually space-time ninjutsu. That said, I'll still refer to the kanji on the kunai as seals.
