The procession to leave for the capital was not big enough compared to the number of soldiers Lais bought when he came to Layl. However, Kaizan and Tahsaeb will be leading the procession even though Commander Waiz and Rouch outrank him they are under suspension of duty till the royal court clears them. The soldiers from the academy are the ones guarding the carriages while the teal soldiers will be on the outside. Rosa and Eugine would be riding close to the prince.
