‘What is this prince trying to find?’ Waiz was feeling the pressure in the room he was getting furious.

‘He is setting a meeting for a slave rather than worrying that there is a very strong war prisoner who can create problems.’ Waiz gritted his teeth. ‘They are one of the great commanders, I cannot be too harsh on them.’ “She is someone who was granted a prize from me. Did you not think that punishing anyone prized by royalty is going to make it look bad in the eyes of the people?”

This was the first attack made on Waiz. He wanted to break it little by little rather than play out the total card.

Lais wanted to target Commander Waiz more as he was someone weaker in terms of the communication discipline. He was better in the field than on the court. He would rather disrespect the people in the court than let the battle be lost.

“I would rather remove the problem than let it grow. Your Highness.” Waiz stepped closer to the desk.
