Two sharp needles passed within two strands of hair from a girl's mug.
The wind pressure caused by the thorn threw the girl's hair into the air.
She didn't get careless as her opponent was still keeping an eye on her.
And the danger she was in was great, because the porcupine that attacked her fired five shots...

The manina itself twisted her head and body once more, the needles that were too dangerous were dodged.

Two needles stuck knots in the trunks of a tree, two or more got lost in the forest.

The girl looked a little tense, but that was all.
Looking at the mirror pig she struck a blow with her katana.
The sword's blade gleamed lightly and slashed towards the porcupine.

The porcupine had a strong ability to attack, but its agility and speed was below normal.

The girl sighed and sat down on the floor.
She wasn't tired physically but mentally.
To fight her opponent, she had to keep her full attention to not make mistakes.
Looking back she saw a trio approaching her, this trio consisted of 2 girls and 1 boy.
Looking at them, she made a two-fingered V sign and smiled.

I was watching Rea fight a little hedgehog, and don't be fooled by the fact that it's small... This little monster is more dangerous and cruel than any monster ever
Seen so far.
Rea:"I thought you and said that tigers were the predominant monsters in this dungeon..."
Rea's words weren't false but they were also far from true.
After going deeper into the dungeon, we were getting ready to run into fierce tigers and all...
But reality caught us off guard.
Instead of just encountering tigers we also encounter a second kind of monster.
This was unheard of for me, since the first levels I had never seen more than one type of monster inside a single dungeon.
By asking the system I got the answer to this strange situation...
And that was called rebalancing the scales! Due to the fact that I am much stronger than current monsters, the dungeon as a living entity would not let me swipe free points left and right.

It wasn't until after collecting the drop's that I realized that this hedgehog was not a normal hedgehog.

Rea beside me notices my discomfort and asks me.
Rea:"What's up dear!"
"How can I say…we were lucky one of those needles didn't hit her."
Rea:"What do you mean?"
"These porcupine-throwing needles dance to normal needles, they are paralyzing needles..."

Now aware of the danger she's in, Rea takes two steps back.

Arriving at the place, I look and notice that there are two Porcupines next to 3 Wild Tigers.
Amazingly, neither of the two types of monsters were in conflict with each other.
Which was a rare sight, as sometimes even monsters of their own species faced off for territory.
These two types of monsters now didn't give a damn about each other's presence.
"This is really weird..."
I don't know why but my senses were telling me there was something wrong there.
And that also confused me, as my danger sensor wasn't warning me or anything.
"Only two things that could be happening here."
The first would be that the two species were really at peace in the same biome... Which sounded pretty ridiculous, but not impossible.
The second was that something bigger was leading them. or at the very least giving orders so that they would not conflict.
Which would make a lot more sense than the first alternative.
This also raised a question for me, as there were 2 types of monsters splashing around in the same dungeon... So why couldn't a 'BOSS' be born here?
'That would be really-'
My words were interrupted by a huge shadow, which threw itself towards me.
