The fresh air was hitting their faces and the atmosphere was cool. Silja felt refreshed just breathing in the ocean winds. Once they leave for Northcrest they won't be able to have such sceneries there.

Even though Mira was a bit grumpy since they left, Atlanea was feeling refreshed.

"Why do your parents live here? Given your new position, shouldn't you move them to a better place in the city?" Silja asked.

"Well, I wanted to but you see, my parents are a bit orthodox. They had spent their whole life with other people living here. They believe now that I and my sister have earned some wealth. We shouldn't forget our roots. They won't move out of here unless all the people living here can also find a better place," Ralph replied.

"Is that why you want to build houses for all the fishermen?" Silja nodded in understanding.
