Chapitre 119: except him

KAI HAS HIS HEAD FACED DOWN TRYING TO SMOTHER THE SMILE ON HIS LIPS. He takes calm steps away from the brunette in the kitchen, walking closer to the table in the Livingroom. The few seconds he spends in walking across the rooms, his heart feels calm and at ease; finally having someone who can make a bad day turn good with one touch.

However, the peace he feels doesn't last longer than a second because Brady speaks.

"What? You again? Why are here?" Brady asks, pulling his eyes off Daisy to stare wide eyed at the man walking towards them, "My sister invited you, didn't she?"

Kai keeps his mouth shut as he gives Brady a dark look before setting the turkey pan on the table. Whilst he does this, Daisy has her dark eyes on every movement he makes with her lips in a tight smile. "Your sister is bringing in the rest." He tells Brady then turns away while he takes off the uncomfortable gloves.

"Kai." Daisy's voice sounds and Kai stills. "Nice to meet you."
